Job Summary: As a Project Assistant, you will support our project management teams to ensure the efficient execution and delivery of projects. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen attention to detail. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to provide administrative support and project updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery. Help in preparing project documentation, such as plans, reports, and presentations. Track project progress against timelines and budgets, and report discrepancies to the project manager. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing meeting materials. Maintain project files and databases to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured. Assist with the procurement of resources and services, such as contracting consultants and purchasing supplies. Monitor project risks and issues, and assist in developing resolutions. Support the project team by facilitating communication among project stakeholders to enhance project execution. Assist in the adherence to compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a project assistant, project coordinator, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM) is a plus.
